PARTIALLY SUPERSEDED (2026-07-23): Malcolm's 07-17 → 07-22 changes (Simplified layer deleted, Jamie mock decommissioned, claim↔verification linking, ID obfuscation, admin revamp, Explore Fibre) invalidated the HIGH-priority journeys here. Re-recordings on 3c4a35a8 + 3 live bugs + updated flows: see rerecord-2026-07-23/README.md (6 GIFs, 44 screenshots). Cases 2 (producer) and 5 (settings) below remain valid.

How the walkthrough works

  1. The app runs inside the Lovable editor's authenticated embedded preview — no real login (prototype auth-bypass is ON).
  2. Top bar → Demo opens the Demo Controls panel.
  3. Under SWITCH CUSTOMER TYPE, picking a persona card re-renders the entire app as that company — persona is derived from company data, there is no role field.
  4. Recordings are browser-native GIFs (one per journey, 50-frame cap), not screen video.
Safety rule while driving: don't mutate demo data you did not create — on pre-existing records, walk + screenshot only (Link & propose, Publish, Confirm, Activate, Add Certificate, Make a claim, delete/archive). Exception: records YOU created (mark them with an owner prefix, e.g. “NF-”) are fully yours to CRUD, as are deliberately-authorised E2E flows like cases 10–11.
